Great company, came out and looked at "old" system, we went to show room in Lafayette and with their advice we couldn't be happier! Sean, did everything and more to get this done. The " Crew" was great! If you want to have a company that works for you, Full Spectrum has the technology and people to do this.We had a time and date to meet, they said they could do it, and they succeeded!We are a Full Spectrum fan!

Full Spectrum's techs are always awesome and Tim & Ethan were no exception, they were super communicative at every step and more than accommodating of not only our constant business calls and Zoom meetings, but our collection of dogs and cats as well - that part alone deserves 6 stars!
I've always referred them for the technical business-grade video conferencing and integration type stuff but I can't recommend them more highly for true high end home theater, networking, security, and automation as well. I've always believed in buying once and crying once, and true value lasts long after price is forgotten. FSTG is the real deal and this is their profession.

After a disappointing experience with a national vendor, we had Sean come out to quote a network and entertainment project we were considering for the house. Sean was professional, insightful, and honest. He pointed out factors we weren't considering and shared how they've done similar projects. He outlined different approaches, the pros and cons to each, and was generally understanding of traditional budget constraints. He got proposals to us quickly and walked us through the approach. When we selected Full Spectrum, they got to work on time, navigated some tricky (but traditional) change issues, came in on budget, and finished the project on time. Would highly recommend Sean and his team and will contract with them for future projects.
